Greater Maitland 5K
Plan now for the RDV Sportsplex 9th Annual Greater Maitland 5k Run & Walk, happening October 12, 2013 at 7:30a.m (registration at 6:30am). This uplifting community event draws more than 500 participants and net proceeds are presented directly to the New Hope for Kids and Orlando Children's Church charities.

Pre-event activities are staged at Orangewood Church (1300 W. Maitland Blvd., Maitland, FL 32751) with the start line on Sandspur Road and finish line on the property of Orangewood. Register online or in person at Fleet Feet Sports, 303 E. Altamonte Dr. #1250 - Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. Entry fees range from free to $25. Onsite registration available.
The RDV Greater Maitland 5K Run & Walk is an uplifting community event that benefits local charities in the Maitland area. Established in 2005 by Orangewood Church in Maitland who partnered with Fleet Feet Sports soon after, this community event has donated nearly $74,000 to local charities since it began. In addition, the RDV Greater Maitland 5K Run & Walk has raised the awareness for helping people who are in need and enduring tragedy and grief in the Orlando area.
