Orangewood Equipping Centers
Orangewood's Equipping Center is the Sunday morning training ministry whose purpose is to equip and prepare God's people for life and service within Christ's Kingdom. The intent of the Equipping Center is to primarily equip believers to live and serve as faithful ambassadors of Christ in all that they do. It is our belief that as we grow in Him we will have a greater desire to share His love with others. Through this educational training, we hope to put shoe leather to our vision: "For Christ and His Kingdom...It's Not about Us!"
Our Equipping Center Communities are developed in an age and stage demographic to give our members and visitors the opportunity to get to know others at Orangewood in a similar stage of life. By having sound teaching to build our membership up in the faith, we hope these EC Communities will stimulate a personal desire to experience greater community and service in other areas of the church and the greater Orlando area.
Equipping Center Communities meet from 9:15 – 10:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings. There is signage on Sunday mornings to direct you to the appropriate rooms for these classes.
The current age and stage Equipping Center Communities are:
- Young Adults – primarily for singles and young marrieds (20’s)
- Parents of Kids – primarily for parents of preschoolers and elementary age children and singles / couples (30’s)
- Parents of Teens – primarily for parents of teenagers and singles / couples (40’s)
