Orangewood Christian Counseling Center

Orangewood partners with Journeys Counseling Center to provide professional Christian counseling for individuals at Orangewood and to the community as they experience personal and life challenges.  These services include individual, couples, families, and group counseling.

Journeys Counseling Center is designed to model the integrity, patience, and love of Christ through relationships, work ethics, and social conscience.  Every individual is approached with dignity as he/she is recognized as a bearer of the image of God. We consider it an honor and a privilege to be able to walk alongside those who are struggling, and reflect along the way the love and compassion of Christ.  

As licensed mental health counselors and state registered interns, issues regarding relational problems, grief, mood disorders such as depression and Bipolar Disorder, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, and other mental health issues are attended to with professional knowledge as well as Godly wisdom. It is our desire for individuals to experience emotional and spiritual wholeness as they are better equipped to walk through the challenges of life.

Orangewood and Journeys Counseling Center want to reach out and begin to meet the spiritual, emotional and mental health needs of those within and outside of the church community who struggle, much of the time, in silent despair.
